About Sills Exchange
Skills Exchange workshops are organised by Finger in the Pie’s sister organisation Artists Anonymous. They are there to help creators of live performance who have identified a gap in their skills which is preventing them from mounting the projects they desire.
Workshops are led by Buffy Sharpe and Alexander Parsonage:
Buffy Sharpe has trained and tutored in Enterprise Start-up, Creative Thinking, Creative Businesses and Social Enterprise for the Prince’s Trust, Keeping it Simple Training, In-Biz and the Hammersmith and Fulham New Deal for Communities; she is also a librettist and playwright and runs a successful opera production company, Eclectic opera.
Alexander Parsonage is the artistic director of Finger in the Pie Theatre Company, creative director of design and publishing company Blue Pie Media, as well as working as a free lance production consultant. He is one of the founding members of the Artists Anonymous network with whom he runs workshops on design and marketing, setting up a theatre company and fundraising for the arts.
